Study on infection behavior and characteristics of poplar wood dyed by Lasiodiplodia theobromae

چکیده

The technology of dyeing wood by microorganisms is a kind pollution-free and sustainable technology. To achieve fast rich Lasiodiplodia theobromae on the surface poplar wood, tyrosinase tricyclazole were used as induction factors in this experiment. results showed that L. had better effect cross-section induced with tricyclazole. color ranged from light yellow to gray brown, chromatic aberration was above 44.5 NBS, infected area over 50%, while dyed parts radial tangential sections only after 30 days infection. infection little chemical components good colorfastness washing light. Therefore, microbial beneficial application prospect field dyeing.
